Welcome to Refocus Performance (refocusperformance.com). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products & intended use

Refocus Performance sells dissolvable dietary supplement strips. Our products are intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions use structure/function language (e.g., "supports focus", "supports calm"). These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose (1 strip per day).

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
