Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping destinations, rates & delivery times

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Canada:

- Standard shipping (5–10 business days): rates calculated at checkout

- Free shipping on your first order

United States:

- Standard shipping (7–14 business days): rates calculated at checkout

Any applicable duties or import taxes on US orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume may extend delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at info@refocusperformance.com and we will investigate.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Refocus Performance is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
